Dean brings an extensive executive background, having held diverse roles across multiple industries. Taking an idea from his late father, he provided the technical and strategic vision for the Highway Beacon®.  He led the design, development, testing, and proof of concept of its innovative technology into a commercially viable product by assembling and directing a multidisciplinary team of experts. Dean is the named inventor on the company's patents.

Has conducted market analysis and promoted the product to state and federal Departments of Transportation. His product development and marketing efforts have convinced key figures in the highway safety industry that depressible technology is the only viable solution for the snowplowable marker challenge.

Dean possesses strong technical and project management capability, holding a Chemical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and having managed major capital projects from early in his career.

Sales and marketing experience was gained with technical sales of large-scale industrial machinery.
He is a proven team builder, adept at identifying and coordinating professionals - including engineers, scientists, sales and marketing personnel, accountants, attorneys, and contractors to achieve organizational goals.
