As an Engineering graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Paulos has built his career beginning with the family machining shop then with major and middle market companies. He successfully managed large capital projects and led process and product design, specification, procurement and installation of production equipment.

Mr. Paulos is the inventor of the patented Highway Beacon® and has led the development, testing and early-stage activities of the Company. He has established key relationships in the transportation safety industry in the U.S. and Canada.
