Mr. Stambaugh brings extensive experience in building startups into global companies through his roles as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Director of several public and private companies.  During an over 40-year career his visionary leadership has built successful management teams around his ability to awaken the leader within his associates to have them achieve extraordinary results.

Mr. Stambaugh has raised over $500 million of capital in private and public financing. He has taken a company public in both the U.S. and Europe and completed several strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 companies. He is considered an expert in Corporate Governance.

As an Engineering graduate of The Ohio State University, Mr. Paulos has built his career beginning with the family machining shop then with major and middle market companies. He successfully managed large capital projects and led process and product design, specification, procurement and installation of production equipment.

Mr. Paulos is the inventor of the patented Highway Beacon® and has led the development, testing and early-stage activities of the Company. He has established key relationships in the transportation safety industry in the U.S. and Canada.
